While I was happy with the price of a supposed "brand new" camera battery and how fast I received it, I was a little disappointed that the battery package was opened and not sealed. The bottom of the package had been sliced open and the battery was not in its package when I received it. Therefore I do not know if the battery was truly "brand new" or used and resold.
